This Sexual Misconduct Judicial Training Program contains a mock trial of a sexual misconduct case. You'll be able to follow along with the workbook as you listen to the Colorado College peer educators relay the details of the scenario. You'll be able to weigh the testimony and work through relevance and proof issues as you learn more about the issues of incapacitation and consent. This training is not designed to bias you one way or another, but rather to build your skills and understanding of the complicated issues surrounding sexual misconduct. Our panel of experts and attorneys provide you with "food for thought" and help you understand the myriad legal issues that could affect your decisions. How to View the Training Session:

1. Please give your computer a moment to load the video.
2. After a few seconds, click on the play button. 
3. Once the video has completely loaded, you will be able to fast forward.  You can adjust the volume with the button on the lower right side of the screen, as well as on your computer until the sound is at a comfortable level.
4. To play the video in full screen, double click on the screen while the video is playing.
